Birdcall, a Colorado-based fast-casual restaurant, has opened its first Texas location in Carrollton and plans to expand to Frisco and Richardson, according to a Dallas Morning News article.They say,
“Colorado fast-casual Birdcall opened its first restaurant in Texas in Carrollton, near the border of West Plano, in late January 2023.
The company will fly next to Frisco and Richardson, with plans to open restaurants in those Dallas-area cities in summer 2023 and fall 2023, respectively.
The company sells what it calls “natural chicken” sandwiches, made with hormone-, preservative- and additive-free meat from Red Bird Farms based in Colorado.”
Birdcall offers a range of chicken sandwiches, salads, tenders, and nuggets. Its menu features a full bar and alcoholic milkshakes. Here’s a look at some items on their menu.

Birdcall, which started in Denver in 2017, has 10 restaurants in three states, including three in Colorado Whole Foods stores. The Texas locations will be standalone.
