“Dallas needs a modern Chinese restaurant, says Alberto Lombardi. In his 46 years in the restaurant industry, he has opened dozens of restaurants including Taverna, Toulouse, Penne Pomodoro, and Bistro 31. But Maison Chinoise is Italian-born Lombardi’s first Chinese restaurant.
