Frisco Welcomes Fanzo Sports Bar with Renowned Chef

FANZO Sports Bar debuts in Frisco, featuring Chef Vijay Sadhu’s creations like bang bang chicken, chicken lollipops, crispy wings, and braised short rib, according to a Local Profile article. They say,

 

“FANZO Sports Bar has opened their doors in Frisco. The chef-driven concept is now ready to welcome sports fans and foodies from across the city at their upscale sports bar. To celebrate the grand opening, the FANZO team will be offering appetizer and cocktail samples to guests on Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

 

The elevated menu highlights culinary creations from famed Chef Vijay Sadhu, including bang bang chicken, served with curry leaves, scallions, ginger, garlic and bang bang sauce; chicken lollipops, available with either spicy manchurian sauce or gochujang sauce; crispy chicken wings with Chef Sadhu’s special FANZO sauce; and the braised short rib, topped with Mexican curry mole and fenugreek mashed potatoes.”

 

Chef Sadhu crafted an inventive menu featuring small plates like Bang Bang Chicken and Crab Cakes, alongside salads, entrees like Seared Salmon and Cowboy’s Rib Eye Steak, and tempting desserts. Accompanied by mixologist Brian McCullough’s crafted cocktails, according to a Texas Is Life article. As per the report,

 

“Sadhu created an eclectic and innovative menu with small plates like Bang Bang Chicken and Crab Cakes. Fresh salads like the wedge salad and arugula salad will enlighten those who want lighter fare. Hungry customers can order Seared Salmon, Shrimp and Grits, or Cowboy’s Rib Eye Steak. Guests can also order burgers or flatbreads. And yes, delicious desserts include the Old Monk Rum Bread Pudding.

 

Along with seasoned mixologist Brian McCullough, Sadhu created a line of craft cocktails that range from martinis to the Green Goddess, which combines mezcal, cucumber puree, and ancho chiles, and the Staycation, which combines Lockwood pineapple rum, Monin syrup, turmeric syrup, mango puree, coconut yogurt, and a dash of bubbly.”
