Industrial Park to be built on the Frisco Field Project

An industrial park is set to be developed on Frisco’s $10 billion Fields Project after another big name in the industrial building lands more than 100 acres of land in the area according to a Dallas Morning News article from August 16. which states,

“Crow Holdings Industrial purchased land on Preston Road for a new business park to meet the strong demand for warehouse and distribution space in Collin County.

The sale of the tract on the far east side of the 2,500-acre Fields community is the first major commercial property deal in the project, which is one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s largest developments. Deed records show the sale was completed on Friday.”

However, in a Facebook post, a citizen expressed worry about the nature and availability of the industrial park to be developed. She commented,

“Will the industrial park have units available for small businesses or is this another gigantic complex that only massive corporations can get into?”

While the availability of the said industrial park is yet to be determined, many people including the developers are excited and looking forward to the grand project. Just recently, Frisco also acquired one of the country’s top developers, Taylor Morrison, to develop almost 500 single-family homes.
