2022 will be a bigger and better year for Medical City Frisco after partnering with 24 partners for an upgrade of their facility according to a Community Impact article from December 22 which reports, 

 

“A new surgery center at the Medical City Frisco campus opened on Nov. 1 at 5500 Frisco Square Boulevard, Ste. 100.

 

The 18,200-square-foot-center, called Medical City Surgery Center Frisco, opened in collaboration with 24 physician partners, according to a news release.

 

The facility features four operating rooms and two procedure rooms, and provides care for patients of all ages.”

 

Furthermore, the facility will also boast different specialities that will go along with its state-of-the-art features according to a Local Profile article from December 30. In it they say 

 

“The new, state-of-the-art surgery center provides the highest-quality outpatient care for patients of all ages.

 

The facility features leading-edge surgical technology in a spacious, modern and comfortable setting. To ensure streamlined communication, families are assigned a number to track patient status updates through a flat screen TV located in the waiting room. 

 

The surgery center’s multiple specialties include bariatrics, endoscopy, gastroenterology (GI), general surgery, gynecology, laparoscopic surgery, orthopedics, pain management, podiatry, spine and urology.”
