Omni PGA Frisco Resort Announces Over 1,000 New Job Openings

The Omni PGA Frisco resort is hiring over 1,000 new employees with a variety of roles and benefits before opening in May 2023 according to a Frisco Enterprise article. They say,

 

“The highly anticipated Omni PGA Frisco Resort is recruiting to hire more than 1,000 new employees before doors open in May 2023. Located 30 minutes north of Downtown Dallas, Omni PGA Frisco Resort is the largest resort currently in development in the country and the first of its kind for Omni Hotels & Resorts’ North Texas portfolio. 

 

Full-time, part-time and seasonal on-property opportunities are available with competitive benefits including: hotel, meal and recreation discounts, health & wellness insurance benefits, retirement planning & 401(k) match, personal & professional development programs, Omni Circle, student tuition reimbursements, sign-on bonuses for applicable opportunities, and more. A variety of roles from administrative to operations and more than 130 leadership positions span across the property’s experiences including two championship golf courses, collectively known as Fields Ranch, Mokara Spa, restaurants, world-class wedding and event venues, 13 dining options throughout the property, a retail and entertainment district and more.”

 

The Omni PGA Frisco resort is with local charities to find candidates. Management positions and various roles including party planning are available. The resort aims to attract both paying guests and the public with its unique features and offerings according to a CBS News article. They say,

 

“The resort has also spread the word to dozens of local nonprofit charities that can find people in need of work. 

 

When asked how they are facing the challenge of hiring that many people, Omni PGA Frisco Human Resources Director Seema Patel said, “We’ve been really, really fortunate with the community of Frisco.” 

 

130 of the positions are in management with diverse job titles that even include party planners. 

 

There are furnished rooms already on site to show those interested in booking summer weddings and group meetings. 

 

But the vision for the resort is to attract the public as well as paying guests.”

 

The Omni PGA Frisco resort, which is working with local charities to find candidates, is hosting hiring events on February 3rd and 4th for various roles in travel and hospitality industry, as the resort aims to create a unique destination experience for the public and paying guests.
