Rockhill Capital & Investments announces The Ranch at Uptown Celina, a 150-acre community with 450 homes by Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers. Amenities include an amenity center, pool, water feature, and green space according to a Business Wire article. They say,
“CELINA, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–North Texas real estate developer, Rockhill Capital & Investments, announced today The Ranch at Uptown Celina, a new 150-acre residential community featuring more than 450 homes by Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers. Immediately northwest of downtown Celina, The Ranch at Uptown Celina is located between F.M. 455 and future Celina Parkway, less than two miles east of the future Dallas North Tollway. Construction is underway and new homes are expected to become available in 2024.

Grading will commence in early 2023 on The Ranch at Uptown Celina, where Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers will offer homes across four lot sizes: 40’x110’; 55’x120’; 60’x120’; and 70’x120’. Plans include an amenity center, pool, water feature, parks and green space. A golf-cart-friendly hike and bike trail is slated to run along the southern boundary of The Ranch, giving residents in-and-out access to Celina’s family-friendly, downtown square.”
Uptown Celina will have 2,500 homes with various sizes and styles, including single-family, paired, and multi family homes. It will complement the downtown core and include homes from Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers according to a Dallas Innovates article. In it they say,
“Once completed, the developer said that Uptown Celina will offer roughly 2,500 homes and that its neighborhoods will intentionally offer a variety of lot sizes and home styles, including single-family homes, paired homes and multifamily homes.

Both Taylor Morrison and Toll Brothers will offer homes within the district.”
Toll Brothers division president Jay Saunders stated that the location of The Ranch at Uptown Celina is desirable. Saunders said that Toll Brothers offers homes in desirable locations with unrivaled personalization options through the Design Studio experience. The model-home grand opening is expected in late 2024.
