Dude Perfect’s Frisco Headquarters Expansion

Dude Perfect, the YouTube sensations from Texas A&M, are relocating to a new $3 million HQ in Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park in Frisco, ahead of plans for a larger theme park/HQ venture, according to a Dallas Innovates article. It reports,

“Frisco-based Dude Perfect, five former Texas A&M students who became YouTube sensations with their trick-shot videos, attracting more than 58 million YouTube subscribers and tens of billions of views, are raising capital in a quest to build a $100 million theme park/HQ featuring a 330-foot tall “Impossible Shot” tower.

In the meantime, they’re about to move into a new stepping stone: a $3 million new HQ in Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park in Frisco, leaving behind their Frisco HQ 10 minutes to the south, where they’ve shot videos for the last seven years.”

Dude Perfect plans to establish a $100 million entertainment space near Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park, aiming to expand their brand beyond their massive YouTube following, according to a Dallas Morning News article. As per the report,

“The new headquarters will be in Jerry Jones’ Star Business Park and sit close to Omni’s $520 million PGA Frisco Resort east of the Dallas North Tollway.

But the five dudes — Coby Cotton, Cory Cotton, Garrett Hilbert, Cody Jones and Tyler Toney — are still eyeing a massive $100 million theme-park-like entertainment space that will stand at 300 feet tall. The idea is to extend their brand far beyond their YouTube channel, which has amassed over 16 billion views and 60 million subscribers.”

Coby Cotton expressed excitement about moving to DPHQ3, hinting at exciting additions to the new office while emphasizing their growth and need for space, according to an Audacy article. In it they say,

“Coby Cotton said, “We’ve been in this space, DPHQ2, for about seven years and it’s treated us really good. But we’re moving this summer to DPHQ3.

“It’s going to be awesome. We can’t share all the secrets just yet but we’re going to add a lot of fun stuff to the office. We’re growing and we need space, so we’re pumped for that.””

Tyler Toney emphasized the importance of hiring experts to aid in the brand’s growth, acknowledging the challenges of managing both the business and personal responsibilities.
